We’ve already seen promo art for Avengers 4 that revealed a new look for the surviving Avengers. Turns out, we could see Earth’s Mightiest Heroes go through multiple wardrobe changes as they attempt to undo the damage from Avengers: Infinity War.
According to Comic Book Movie, leaked promo art, which was found on an Avengers toy, provides a look at new space suits worn by Thor and Rocket Raccoon. Unfortunately, due to the low resolution of the image, we’re unable to read what the text on the packaging says.
We can also see Captain America in a similar space suit—like something out of a sci-fi flick.
While Comic Book Movie suggests the suits are for space, a more logical explanation is they could be something worn in the Quantum Realm, similar to what Scott Lang wears. That’s just speculation on our part, however.
There’s also the chance these suits won’t appear in the movie at all. Because we’re in between Avengers movies, the toy could be completely unrelated. More of a generic release to tide people over until the real toys start coming out.
There are a few reasons we think this: 1) There’s no title for what Avengers movie these toys are for; it’s unlikely Hasbro would release toys without the correct title. 2) It seems awfully early for toys for the next Avengers movie to start coming out. We’re still seven months out from Avengers 4’s release.
That being said, it’s still fun to think the Avengers will undergo a wardrobe change where they’re all matching. We’ll find out when Avengers 4 hits theaters on May 3, 2019.
